Business Development Specialist

We are looking for the best and brightest to bring initiative, energy, and strong work habits into our expanding company. We are interested in candidates who are outgoing, and want to start their career in the Information Technology sales profession.

You will be responsible for:

  • Immediately stepping in and immersing yourself in our technology and the territory you’ll be covering.
  • Developing and maintaining both internal and external relationships.
  • Proactively building the sales database and provide qualified leads to your assigned Territory Manager.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and targets.

Requirements:

  • Must be ambitious, driven, energetic, and results-oriented with the ability to clearly articulate it in the interview process.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

This position will be located in Woburn MA

First year on-target earnings between 40-50k (base salary 25k)



Territory Manager

We are looking for ambitious, driven, energetic, results orientated individuals to grow our company through territory penetration.

You will be responsible for:

  • Immediately stepping in and immersing yourself in our technology and the territory you’ll be covering.
  • Working with your assigned Business Development Specialist to grow the territory.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Following up on new and existing leads as well as proactively prospecting to increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Creating, managing and orchestrating the sales process with specific milestones & deliverables, while both leading the team and managing the customer.
  • Integrating with 3rd party services as needed.
  • Articulating business benefits and ROI of the NTP Software solution.
  • Preparing and participating in custom web demos for prospects with the support of a pre-sales engineer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of business to business sales experience (3+ years selling technology solutions preferred).
  • Process oriented approach to sales and the ability to clearly articulate it in the interview process.
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at a senior management level.
  • Must be ambitious, driven, energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (limited).

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Technology or intangible sales background.

This position will start in Nashua N.H., after training and initial ramp… you will be located in Woburn MA

First year on-target earnings between 120-140k (base salary 40-60k DOE)
